Johannesburg, 27 October 2011 - Africa's leading auction house, Aucor today announced that it has acquired a 50% stake in The High St Auction Co, South Africa's fastest growing property auction house. The balance remains vested with the current shareholders. The agreement between the two companies will see the property division of Aucor and The High St Auction Co merge, with each company holding an equal 50% share of the new entity.
